PEP composes the menu for the day of simple, tasty, healthy meals, based on your data and keeps track of your progress. HOW IT’S DONE 1. PEP calculates your daily caloric demand based on your height, weight and age. 2. Then it calculates nutrition plan for every meal of the day. 3. Finally it compiles a diverse menu for the day.
