Just ask a Ballad Health team member for the appropriate paperwork to stay up-to-date on a loved one’s health record. The Ballad Health app makes paying your bill easy, fast and convenient, saving you a stamp and a trip to the mailbox. If patients want to receive healthcare from the comfort of home, Ballad Health Connected Care™ offers urgent care telehealth visits. You can request an on-demand urgent care appointment through the Ballad Health app for a number of medical conditions, such as hay fever, mild abdominal pain, pink eye, shingles and sinus infections, just to name a few. Once you have been scheduled for a telehealth visit, you will participate in a one-on-one video visit with a healthcare provider.
