Journeys is a music and sound based relaxation app that you can use on your iOS device wherever you are. Best experienced through headphones, Journeys relies on active listening to help reinforce mindfulness and awareness, and supports a positive connection to time and space. Use our music and soundscapes as the vessels to create deep and meaningful experiences, presenting journeys of exploration, discovery and ultimately relaxation.  01/ Music Choose from six specially created 4+ minute long instrumental compositions designed to help you relax. Our music incorporates compositional techniques such as entrainment, a process of unconscious synchronization with music that has been known to help with the relaxation process. Our music ebbs and flows, laying down diverse pathways that the listener can choose to wander down at their leisure.  02/ Soundscapes Choose from four, 6+ minute long soundscapes that are taken from natural and relaxing locations. Our professional, authentic soundscapes are all recorded on-site and take the listener on a sonic journey through those actual physical locations, featuring proven relaxing sounds such as birdsong, waterfalls, rivers and the beach. Tapping on the photograph of the location you are listening to will bring up a short blurb that describes that location and instantly places you in that time and space. 03/ Easy To Use We recognise that when you want to relax you want to jump straight in without having to fiddle around with endless settings, so we have designed Journeys with this in mind. You can easily change the music by swiping left or right on the colour at the top, and pair your soundscape by swiping left or right on the photograph at the bottom. Dynamically control the mix between the music and the soundscapes by using the slider in the centre of the screen.
