The relaxation techniques and visualisations are suitable for teenagers, but can be effective for ages nine years and upwards. The audio is created to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. The simple yoga nidra and relaxation exercises help the listener deal with stress. Listeners can find physical relaxation and peace of mind on top of a mountain, at a forest lake or floating on a cloud.
