Tychy mobile is a free mobile guide system dedicated not only for visitors but also for the inhabitants looking for up-to-date information about interesting places and events in the city. It is the application based on modules: places, events, news, transport , trips, weather. The guide allows to search the objects which are near the user, who can for example dispaly the information about the hotels, restaurants, pubs, sports and culture centres and their positions. Additionally you can find bicycle routes across the most interesting sights. The important element of the application is the transport schedule with the possibility to search the connections. All the places can be saved in the planner. The biggest advantages of the application are: upgraded database of objects, events and news, the application works off-line (Internet connection is used only to download the latest data and a wider range of the map), perspicuous interface helps the users easily get to the interesting information, so at any time and place they know where to go and what to see.
