The hardest part of a home inspection should be the performing inspection, not writing the report. Inspectix was designed to make creating a report an easy, streamlined process.  With the provided report template (compatible with the ASHI standards) you can get started fast. You can also create a new template or update the standard template, customizing it to your needs. Your templates can be exported to share with colleagues or for backup.  Your clients want photos and Inspectix has made it easy to add a photo almost anywhere in the report. Also, Inspectix reports include a summary section your clients can quickly get to the most important issues you found.  When your report is complete, a PDF is created on your device, allowing you to email, print, or Air Drop the report to your client.  The Attachments feature allows you to attach supplemental reports or other documents to your report. If you work on a team, Inspectix also enables you to share editable files between your fellow inspectors. This is also a great way to back up your files.  Inspectix can optionally create an invoice that can be provided along with the report.
