Pathology is the precise study and diagnosis of disease. This subject is one of the most import subjects in second year Medical school study. In view of this, we developed 【PathoInstitute】, which based on first free Pathology online video course in internet conducted by Dr. John R. Minarcik. We divided each course lecture into sessions with less than 20 minutes and added English subtitles(iOS 7 only), hope that this will help non-English speaking medical school students and medical professionals to study / review Pathology efficiently and effectively. The experiences of Dr. John R. Minarcik can be found in internet and the reference session in this App. His free Pathology online course in internet (videos without subtitles) can be found in www.medicalschoolpathology.com. All interested people can join the course or download the course videos from the website freely. Why charge for the App? The fee is mainly to reward back the people participated in providing English subtitles and the meaningful division of videos into smaller pieces. Why cut into < 20 min. sessions? Viewing and studying Pathology with a short video helps audiences to utilize fragmented time, e.g. waiting for friends, public transport, etc., effectively. Also, these smaller digestible pieces of information can be “pushed” into long term memory more efficiently, similar to using “flash card” to memorize new / unfamiliar knowledge. Please note that the video inside this App will NOT be further charged but have to be downloaded from Apple. The whole Pathology course is divided into multiple lectures and show in the first screen of the App. 2. For each lecture, user can select the list of sessions of a lecture in the second screen. 3. By tapping any one of a session, the details of the session will be shown in detail screen. 4. User can press the [Watch] tab to download the video of the session to watch. After the videos are downloaded, they can be viewed offline subsequently. 5. If this App is removed from your device, one can re-install this App and restore selected videos one by one by tapping [Watch] tab without further charge. Alternatively, one can press the [Restore] tab in Settings to restore ALL videos. 6. If user encountered any other problem, please go to our support website and reference the FAQ section. On the other hand, You can also report your problem via "Feedback" in "Settings" page in the app, or "EMAIL" in support website. We will try to resolve your problem.
